Somerford Hall is a beautiful Staffordshire wedding venue situated in between Stafford and Wolverhampton and within easy reach of the M6 motorway.
A stunning Palladian mansion boasting unspoilt views over the staffordshire countryside and immaculate internal decor, Somerford Hall is a wonderful location for your wedding day celebrations. Their approach to weddings is a tailormade service to ensure your day is as unique and personalised as you would like it. The staff are excellent and attentive, leaving no stone unturned in giving you the most memorable experience.
From a photographers point of view its got the lot. On dry days we have 100 acres of fields, gardens and trees and, in the event of rain, the inside lends itself to photography perfectly so there is always opportunity to capture those magical moments and stunning portraits, meaning its always a pleasure to shoot at Somerford.
The ceremony room is light and airy, and afterwards guests can enjoy drinks and canapés on the patio and lawn, giving the photographer opportunity to capture those natural moments and interactions. Photographically there is always something new to try, making this one of my favourite wedding venues to shoot at be it inside or outside.
Having worked at the venue many time I’m very familiar with the layout, lighting and all the best locations for your wedding photos.
